Class Descriptions:

> LIFT Strength Training

Bootcamp style workout using a range of different weights including Dumbbell, Barbell, Slam Ball, Skipping Rope, Kettlebell, Swiss Ball and Plate Weights. Session layout changes from week to week and utilises space in the outdoors to achieve a mixture of cardiovascular training to intensify the workout!! 

> FIT HOP Dance Fitness

The original Fit Hop class full of fun dance steps, performed in a repetitive sequence to get your heart pumping and creative energy flowing! An uplifting and awesome full body cardio workout! Everyone can move, so everyone can DANCE! No previous dance skill required!

> BANDZ Legs and Booty

Utlising the popular resistance band craze, we work on a set sequence of lower body band exercises that specifically targets Legs and Glutes. This workout also involved some dance moves with the band on to increase cardio effort, and also floor work to engage upper body and core to stabilise the lower body agonist muscles.

> BOX HITT Boxing Fitness

Boxing with gloves and pads working on form, cardio and upper body strength. You realise how long one minute can really last when doing this type of training! Increase stamina, feel the satisfaction of smashing out your energy in a positive and fun way, while learning correct jab, hook and uppercut techniques!

> FLOW FLEX Yoga Fusion

Yoga based flexibility class working on static strength poses, balance, flexibility and joint mobility. The perfect end to our workout week to restore the body and refresh the mind.
